1.1. “Services”: Includes website and app development, graphic design, SEO, IT consulting, and other offerings by AAQI Soft Solutions.
1.2. “Client” or “You”: Refers to any person or entity using our services.
1.3. “Agreement”: Refers to these Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other agreements entered into with the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the business to these Terms.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. AAQI Soft Solutions provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

Website and application development.
Graphics design.
Search engine optimization (SEO).
IT consulting.
Other services listed on our website.

3.2. The exact scope of services will be detailed in a separate agreement or invoice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. For services exceeding $100, payment terms and milestones will be detailed in the invoice or service agreement.
4.3. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as per applicable laws.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
A 5% fee will be deducted for international transaction charges.

5.2. Cancellation of Services

Services may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained.
A 2% fee will be deducted from refunds for GST and international charges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All content, designs, and code created by AAQI Soft Solutions remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
6.2. Upon receipt of payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client, except for pre-existing intellectual property owned by the Company.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
7.2. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. AAQI Soft Solutions will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Delays caused by third-party providers.
Loss of data or unauthorized access due to client negligence.

8.2. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration laws.
9.2. The prevailing party in any arbitration will be entitled to recover legal fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

11. Termination

11.1. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 7 days’ written notice.
11.2. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all work completed up to the termination date.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
